Light crude oil is crude oil with a low wax content. The clear cut definition of 'light' and 'heavy' crude is hard to find, simply because the classification so made is based more on practical grounds than theoretical. Since crudes with high viscosities are more difficult to transport/pump, those with apparently lighter wax content are referred to as 'light crude' and the ones with substantially more wax are classified as 'heavy crude'.

Price: 36/30 per Barrel

FOB: ROTTERDAM

Payments term: Irrevocable, divisible, confirmed and transferable DLC, established by top prime European or World Bank for 100% invoice value, payable at sight against shipping documents.

Performance Bond: 1,5% that the Bank of the Seller will send by SWIFT to the Bank of the Buyer to activate the LC.

POP: Provided Bank to Bank as per documents list in contract.

Inspection: by SGS

PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer Issues ICPO with soft probe and NCNDA/IMFPA to the seller.

2. Seller issues FCO with proof of product SGS and (tank receipts)

3. Buyer verifies proof of product and signs and returns FCO.

4. Seller issues draft contract open for amendments.

5. Buyer returns signed draft contract.

6. Buyer's bank issues MT103 or RDLC from a prime world bank against transfer of Title.

7. The transaction is consummated as per contract.
